Physiotherapy is defined as the treatment or management of physical disability, malfunction, or pain by physical remedies such as exercise, massage, or passive motion rather than by drugs.

Grimm Physiotherapy specializes in the McKenzie Method which encourages active patient participation and education for back, neck and extremity issues.  Most low back, neck pain and extremity pain  can be rapidly decreased and abolished using self-generated movement.  We encourage you and teach you how to treat your own pain and will also teach you how to prevent it from returning in the future.
