November 22, 2013 - This patient has been experiencing intermittent, central, low back pain since injuring himself in 2006. This pain was interfering with his recreational activities such as CrossFit and golf and he finally came to see me for help. Just look at the before and after results!

December 24, 2013 - This patient had a traumatic injury to her left elbow 3 weeks ago resulting in constant severe elbow pain. She wasn't aware of her arm weakness and did not realize how important her neck was in relation to her elbow pain. On her second visit she was able to completely abolish her pain with one movement. Incredible!

January 19. 2014 - This patient had difficulty reversing his lumbar curve with flexion. This is very common for people who are experiencing low back pain. His was rapidly reversible in one treatment visit. This may not always be the case but it is very common. He couldn't believe the rapid return of strength in his legs!

March 14, 2014 - This patient had a significant cervical component and one exercise that reduced her symptoms of Left Shoulder Pain with arm weakness.

January 14, 2014 This patient was seen 2 visits for severe wrist pain. He has since been able to compete in a National Olympic Lifting competition and has had 2 PR's in April in the Snatch and Clean and Jerk. Way to go!

January 10, 2014 - This patient was seen for severe sciatica with pain and leg weakness. He was back in the gym 5 weeks later continuing with his personalized home exercise program.

March 14, 2014 - Patient with Hip pain and weakness. Able to increase motion wtih return of leg strength and abolish pain complaints in one visit. She is independent with her program. Bad video, sorry!

March 25, 2014 - Complaints of right shoulder pain, weakness in both arms. Able to reduce shoulder pain and restore strength in one visit. Managing headaches with exercise as well.

March 7, 2014 This patient had severe neck pain, arm pain, weakness and loss of motion. One treatment session later he was able to return to the gym with one additional exercise to add to his workout routine.
